Self-Employed Owner Driver (Large Van) – Lime E-Bike Collection | South West London

Just Logistic Co Ltd is the official Lime logistics partner for West and South West London. We're looking for reliable self-employed owner drivers to join our e-bike collection and deployment team, operating from our Battersea warehouse.

As a self-employed owner driver with a large van, you'll support Lime's e-bike operations across West and South West London. Your day-to-day work covers four main task types: - Move (Rebalancing) – relocating overcrowded or badly parked bikes to the correct drop spots - Battery Swap – replacing batteries on bikes that have dropped below 20% charge - Retrieval – transporting broken bikes to the Lime depot in Bermondsey - Deployment – delivering repaired bikes from Bermondsey back to drop spots Our base warehouse is in Battersea (SW11), where drivers collect fully charged batteries at the start of each shift and return them once the job is complete. Living close to South West London is an advantage.

• Own a suitable large van: MWB, LWB, XLWB or Luton (small vans and cars are not suitable for this role)
• ULEZ compliant vehicle
• Valid UK driving licence
• Basic DBS check required
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable driving in busy urban areas
• Physically able to handle bikes and battery equipment
• Strong time management and self-organisation skills
• Prior experience in logistics, courier work or field operations is a plus, but not essential

£100.00 – £180.00 per day, depending on the volume of tasks completed. Paid weekly.

Self-employed. Flexible contracts available: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Temp to perm, or Zero Hours. Immediate start available.
